"果物を育てるのに理想的な環境をもつデンマークの島 “Lilleø(リレオ)”の農園で採れたリンゴ(ブラムリー)と洋梨(ウィリアムズ)を使用したペットナット／サイダー。 さわやかな香りやキリっとした酸味と甘みとのバランスの良さが感じられる。"
"Fruit pét-nat from Williams Pears (35 %) and Bramley Apples (65 %). Fruit from Lilleø, primarily from Claus Meyerʼs orchard Vigmosegaard.
The terroir at Lilleø (meaning “tiny island”) is ideal for growing fruit. A mild climate with few days of rain, lots of lights and minerals in the ground.
Pear perfume on the nose. High acidity is balanced out by the sweetness from Williams and depth from Bramley.
This bottles is a collaboration between Decideret and Vigmosegaard."
