リンゴとカシスから作られたフルーティーで華やかなBrutNature ロゼ。
Fyn島のリンゴから作られたサイダーに、Zealand島で採れたオーガニックのカシスを房ごと使いカルボニック・マセラシオンにより仕上げられたカシスサイダー。
For Spontan the concept is always two vintages in one bottle. This year we made a vinous and fruity sparkler with a bit of barnyard on the nose and red fruits on the palate.
First a wild fermented cider made from garden apples from Fyn 2019.
Then in 2020 a carbonic maceration with whole clusters of organic blackcurrants from Kurt in Southern part of Zealand.
Bottled this autumn. Disgorged by hand.
