ラズベリーを投入したサワーウィートエール。ラズベリーのジャムの様なジューシーで濃厚なキャラクターにワイルドフラワーの様なフローラルさが感じられる。スムースなマウスフィールと共にフルーツの甘酸っぱさが口内に広がり、最後キリッとドライに締めくくられる。元々はブルーマスターであるLuc氏とその妻が日本で挙式を上げた際にギフトとして配られたもので、現在は彼らの結婚記念日を祝して醸造されている。

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY ALE (SOUR WHEAT ALE W. RASPBERRIES) (5.1% ABV) - 355mL Can

KEKKON 結婚 (meaning "Wedding" in Japanese) is near and dear to our brewmaster's heart. The recipe was first brewed for his wedding in Japan seven years ago - 100 bottles were created as a parting gift for their guests. It's now brewed to commemorate Luc and Eri's anniversary, hence why we also call our Sour Wheat Ale w. Raspberries a "Wedding Anniversary Ale." Aside from its origin story, Kekkon is a refreshing, fruit-forward sour beer with a rounded texture. Pouring an invirting rosé colour topped with a mountain cap of pearly white foam, Kekkon features notes of jammy raspberry and wildflowers with a balanced acidity and dryness in the finish.
