私たちの大切な友人であるオーストラリアのブルワリー、Wolf of the Willows Brewingと同レシピ・同スタイルで仕込んだコラボレーションブリュービールの、Red IPAです。
目まぐるしく変わるクラフトビールシーンの中で見ることの減ったスタイルではあると思いますが、このスタイルにはどこか懐かしさを感じ、私はとても大好きです。
変わりいく良さと、変わらない良さ。
そこに私はクラフトビールの素晴らしさを感じています。
また、海越え、遠く離れたオーストラリアの友人と一緒にコラボレーションブリューが出来ることも、このクラフトビールという業界に携われている喜びを感じるところです。

茜色に輝くその外観は、ビールの名前にもしたTORII(鳥居)を彷彿とさせます。
モルティーでロースティーな風味と、Red IPAらしいボディー感。使用したホップはオーストラリア産の代表的なホップ、Vin Secret。柑橘系のアロマと、パイニーなフィニッシュ。
香りのボリューム感とモルトの風味、ホップの苦味、全てが調和されたとても味わい深いビールとなりました。
温度が上がっていくにつれ変化していく味わいも楽しみの一つです。
是非皆さんに飲んでいただきたいビールとなりました！

Our newest release is Red IPA, a collaboration brew with our dear friend, Australian brewery Wolf of the Willows Brewing, brewed to the same recipe and style.
I think this is a style that we see less and less of in the rapidly changing craft beer scene, but I love it because it has a nostalgic feel to it.
I love this style because it gives me a sense of nostalgia.
This is where I feel the beauty of craft beer.
I also feel the joy of being involved in the craft beer industry, being able to do collaborative brewing with my friends in Australia, far away across the sea.

The glowing red exterior of the beer is reminiscent of the torii (torii gate) that gives the beer its name.
It has a malty, roasty flavor and the body of a Red IPA. The hops used are Vin Secret, a typical Australian hop, with a citrus aroma and a piney finish.
The volume of the aroma, the malt flavor, and the bitterness of the hops all come together in harmony to create a very flavorful beer.
The changing flavor as the temperature rises is another thing to look forward to.
