チョコレートバーにインスパイアを受けたカカオ、バニラとミントが投入されたインペリアルスタウト。18時間に及びボイルの段階でカカオとバニラ、ミントを投入し、そのご20ヵ月もの間バーボン樽にて熟成を経た。チョコレートのまったりとした奥深いフレーバー、バニラのまろやかなキャラクターに、樽のウッディーなニュアンスにミントの爽快な風味が感じられる。シルキーなマウスフィールと共に濃厚で芳醇な甘味が口内に広がり、香ばしい苦みとすっきりとした味わいで締めくくられる。フィニッシュのリフレッシングな余韻が杯をどんどん進ませる。

Boiled for 18 hours, aged in bourbon barrels for 20 months, and dosed with rich cacao and refreshing mint, CHUNK is an over-the-top Imperial Stout heavily inspired by chocolate confections. And because we tend to be enthusiastic when it comes to adjuncts, it is also the most heavily augmented, concentrated, and rich sensory experiences one can seek out in the world of Ontario beer.

Is it thick? It's thick. Velvety? Soo velvety? A fleeting simulation of life on planet Choconut where entire townships are crafted from the fragrant insides of a vanilla pod? Also yes! Consider it hyper-adjuncted, or ultra-condensed to the point where we can no longer confirm any remaining water content.
