その昔、Hop Dudeの始祖“Hop Oracle”が時間をかけ、大事に育てあげたと言い伝えられてきた『The Lupulin Tree』。長い時を重ね彼が概念となった現代もなお、この世界において多くの巡礼者たちが訪れる
神聖な場所とされている。

しかし昨今の度重なるダークサイド勢の攻撃により、エネルギーに満ちあふれていたホップは見事に刈り取られ、生気を失い枯れはじめたことが問題となっていた。「決してホップを絶やしてはいけない」という先祖伝承を守り、Alchemistたちは海を越え驚愕の行動に出る。

今回のドライホップは、 @freestylehops のフレッシュな2026年産で統一！Nelson Sauvin・Peacharine・Riwakaをセレクト。マンゴーやパイナップル、ライチのようなトロピカル際立つアロマ。さらに柑橘感に加え、メロンやピーチにベリー、洋梨を思わせる豊かなフルーツのニュアンスが調和。焦がし砂糖やフロスティング、バブルガムを連想させる甘い印象に加え、ハーブのような爽やかさも。

過去から未来へ受け継がれる永遠の木。眩しいほどの輝きは、新たに実った豊かなホップたち。ビールの完成と共に、辺り一面に光が射す。

Once the spirited center of the Hop Dude universe, The sacred Lupulin Tree is in peril. Unrelenting attacks by the Nemesis' forces have drained the lifeforce (aka, tasty hop stuff) from our beloved World Tree. To recharge requires our best effort - and this means a trifecta of air-freighted 2026 NZ fresh hop offerings from Freestyle. As our Hop Dude hero, choose your own path and help the Mochimune community revive the Tree. Peacharine faction rep grind rewards the player with hits of bubblegum, stone fruit and berries, Nelson faction tokens can be traded in for various cosmetic enhancements (pineapple, lychee and hints of geranium), while higher tiers of Riwaka faction reputation add stone fruit, mango and a kind of richness that the Tree will require to make it back to full power. The fresher the hops the better the beer? Some research is trying to quell this notion, but my taste buds have done extensive research as well (been in the lab for 25 years) and if fresher isn't better then I might be losing my mind.

造る前から超絶フレッシュ(嬉)！WCBが大好きな @freestylehops の“2024年収穫ロット”の獲れたてホップを、いち早く買い付けて空輸でNZ→Japanへ飛ばし、どこよりも早く皆さまへお届け。

パパイヤ・マンゴー・パイナップルと豊かなトロピカルアロマ3連発。オレンジやグレープフルーツ感ある柑橘フレーバーと絡み合い、メロンなどストーンフルーツのニュアンスもともなう味わい。さらにマシュマロやバニラを彷彿とさせる甘い芳香が、グラッシーな香りを引き立てバランスの良い仕上がりに。

It's up to YOU now, fellow Hop Dudes. Once the spirited center of the Hop Dude universe, The sacred Lupulin Tree is in peril. Unrelenting attacks by the Nemesis' forces have drained the Life (aka, tasty hop deliciousness) from our beloved World Tree. In an attempt to recharge it the Alchemist enlisted his most aggressive hazy recipe to date - emptying the coffers and air freighting over boxes upon boxes of super uber fresh 2024 Freestyle Riwaka, Nelson and Peacharine (weak Yen be damned). The effort, however, has fallen short. Despite the insane melon and berry notes... the aromatic undertones of marshmallow and vanilla... and let's not forget the papaya, mango and citrus sensory... It's all so good but, for the Tree--good was never going to be enough.

The task is now left to you, the true Hop Heroes, to raise a glass to the heavens and drink the freaking bejeebus out of this thing. Breathe life back into the tree and restore our way of life. Think of it like a certain old school rep grind, replete with both factions having to come together and crash the server over and over (best world event ever imo). For the Tree!
