Culaccino III (Cool~uh~chino) is a collab we've made for a third year with some good Melbourne pals of ours from Capitano in Carlton. We've made an Italian Pilsner for them to pair perfectly with their epic menu of Italian eats.
We've dry-hopped this year’s batch with Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc to give a still traditional but unique spin on this now iconic style.. The colour is golden yellow, with a fluffy, ice cream-like head. On the nose we pickup subtle aromas of light melon and citrus that hits you right before each sip. On the palate, we get light and delicate notes of orange peel, and lemongrass. The finish is super dry, with a snappy and refreshing bitterness rounding it all out.
