ふたつのブルワリーの絆が生んだ、記憶に残るHazy IPA
濃厚なマンゴーやパイナップルのようなトロピカルアロマと、シトラスゼストの爽やかなアクセントが重なり合うジューシーなHazy IPA。Hazyスタイルでは珍しく、ノルウェー由来のKveik酵母を採用。30℃を超える発酵環境でもクリーンに仕上がり、酵母由来の果実香がホップアロマを際立たせる。スムージーのような口当たりとフルーティーな余韻が心地よく、香りと飲みごたえの両立を実現した一本。香港・Ap Lei Chauの海辺のセラーで語り合った夢と野心。香港のヤングマスターとUKのクラウドウォーターが、10年以上の友情を経てたどり着いた原点への回帰がこの一杯に込められている。クラフトビールの可能性を追い求めてきたふたりの旅路が交差し、記憶と技術が融合した、真のコラボレーションビール。
Standing in a humble cellar caressed by a salty sea breeze, gazing out at the distant islands and bustling vessels off Ap Lei Chau, Rohit and Paul spoke of dreams, of ambition, of what beer could be. Worlds apart, one in Hong Kong, the other in Manchester, yet drawn together by the unyielding pursuit of innovation and meaning. More than a decade later, that shared beginning comes full circle in our latest collaboration with our dearest friends Cloudwater. Origin, an luscious Kveik Hazy IPA bursting with radiant notes of ripe mango and citrus zest, is a tribute of the interwoven odyssey of our breweries and a celebration of the roads we have traveled, side by side.
