19世紀に主流だった大麦品種のモルトを使用した、素朴で豊かな穀物の風味が広がるホッピーなポーター。 グラスからはグレープフルーツの皮を思わせる華やかな柑橘の香り。口当たりはなめらかで、やさしい甘みとともに、しっかりとしたボディが広がります。 ほどよい苦味が全体を引き締め、飲み飽きることなく、もう一口を誘う一杯です。

A hoppy porter brewed with malt from a historic barley variety once widely grown across Britain in the 19th century, long prized for its depth of character and full, rounded flavour. It lends a firm, rustic malt backbone with a richness that belies its modest strength. From the glass come bright notes of grapefruit peel, adding a lively lift to the darker malt profile. On the palate, it is smooth and gently sweet, with a surprisingly full body for its strength. A well-judged bitterness keeps everything in balance, leading to a dry, tidy finish—an easy-going pint that rewards repeat visits.
