アメリカのブルワリー界隈ではお馴染みのAmoretti社。
非常に幅広い品揃えのピューレやエクストラクトの製造メーカーであり、アメリカならではのユニークな商品も数多く取り揃えています。

そんな彼らがプロモーションのために来日すると言うことで、コラボをすることに。

こちらの提案に対し、彼らと協議した結果使用したのはWatermelon , Cantaloupe, Honeydew melonの３種のエクストラクト。

ざっくり言うとすいか、実がオレンジのメロンと緑のメロンの3種類です。

がっつりすいかのキャラクターが全面にでながら、メロンのフルーティさがより一層味わいに厚みをもたらしています。

クラフトロックには珍しく？アメリカのお菓子みたいなビールです。

Amoretti is a well-known name in the American brewery scene. They are a manufacturer of fruit purées and extracts with an incredibly wide range of products, including many unique ingredients that are distinctly American.

When they came to Japan for a promotional tour, we decided to collaborate with them.
⁡
After discussing our ideas with the Amoretti team, we chose to use three of their extracts: Watermelon, Cantaloupe, and Honeydew Melon.

In short, watermelon, orange-fleshed melon, and green-fleshed melon.
⁡
The watermelon character comes through loud and clear, while the fruity flavors of the melons add another layer of depth to the overall profile.

Unusually for CRAFTROCK, perhaps, this is a beer that tastes almost like an American candy.
