プレス後にサワービールをブレンドし、自社酵母と果実由来の天然酵母で共発酵。チェリーの瑞々しい果実味とやさしい酸味が調和した、軽やかで繊細な味わいです。
Grisette-style beer macerated with Lapins cherries for 3 months, then pressed and blended with sour beer. Co-fermented with our house yeast and the fruit's own wild yeasts.
