It's back folks, but this time it's been single-hopped with Mosaic and made with a British brewing legend-yeast that's thousands of generations old from our friends at JW Lees.
We love updating these recipes with a fresh take and bringing back a beer that's modern, bold, supremely hoppy, and about as proper Manc as it can be!
