Traditional English style beer made with Maris Otter as base malt, and a touch of Cristal T50 and DRC and finally fermented with English ale yeast, to which we have given the house touch with a light Bramling Cross dry-hop. Aromas of blackberry, prune and black currant. Light but at the same time tasty and balanced with just the right bitterness to take it in gulps.
