青森の地元のステンドグラス職人との特別コラボビール、Vivace Belgian Whiteを紹介します！最近、私たちはベルジャンホワイトを楽しみながら、レシピをいろいろと工夫してきました。

主な特徴:
フルーツたっぷり: 伝統的な果皮の代わりに、今回は4種類のフレッシュフルーツピューレ（ブラッドオレンジ、カラマンシー、ベルガモットオレンジ、マンダリンオレンジ）をたっぷり使用しました。
シトラス＆スパイス: フルーティーさに加え、インディアンコリアンダーが独特なフローラルで柑橘系の風味を引き立てています。
ベルギー酵母のスパイシーさ: スパイシーで少しピリッとした酵母の風味が、全体をまとめ、ベルジャンホワイトらしい味わいを演出します。
楽しく飲みやすい: 伝統に根ざしつつも、シンプルに楽しめるリフレッシュできるビールです。

We’re thrilled to present Vivace Belgian White, a special collaboration beer with a local stained glass craftsman in Aomori. Lately, we’ve been really enjoying crafting Belgian Whites and tweaking the recipe to explore new flavors.

Key Features:
Fruit-forward: Instead of using traditional fruit peels, we packed this beer with a blend of four different fresh fruit purées – Blood Orange, Calamansi, Bergamot Orange, and Mandarin Oranges.
Citrus & Spice: The fruitiness is beautifully complemented by Indian coriander, adding a unique floral and citrusy touch.
Belgian yeast kick: The spicy, slightly peppery notes from the yeast bring everything together, making this beer true to its Belgian White roots.
Fun & Drinkable: While rooted in tradition, this beer is simply fun, refreshing, and perfect for any occasion.
