カタルーニャ地方の白ワイン用ブドウ品種バレリャーダとチェレロの果汁と果皮をグリゼットに浸したあとチェスナット樽とオーク樽で熟成させたグレープエール。
Collaboration with REFU and Vinyes Singulars . Grape Ale style beer, with must and skins of Parellada and Xarello grapes from Vinyes Singulars, fermented in Grisette beer. Pilsner malt, raw wheat and Hallertau Blanc hops. Then aged and stored in chestnut barrels. Fermented with house yeast and yeasts native to the fruit.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, grape skins, wheat, hops and yeast.
