サワービールにブルワリー近郊で採取したイチジクの葉を漬け、自社グリゼットとミックス。自社酵母とイチジクの葉の酵母で発酵。
Sour Grisette style beer in collaboration with Mala Gissona . Made with dried fig leaves collected in Ereñotzu, Hernani, macerated in sour beer acidified with Lactobacillus Helveticus and then mixed with the house's Grisette. Co-fermented with the house's yeast and the yeasts from the leaves.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, raw wheat, hops, yeast and fig leaf.
