「マジックスペル五戸」は、日本ではまだ珍しいオランダ産の**スワンモルト（Swaen Malt）**を使用して仕込んだ一杯です。お客様にも、そして他のブルワリーにもこのモルトの個性を体験してもらいたいという思いから生まれました。

ベースモルトにはエールモルト、小麦、デキストリンモルトを組み合わせ、私たちがIPAでよく使う土台を採用。ホップはシトラ、フリースタイル・モツエカ、フリースタイル・ネルソー・ソーヴィンを使用し、トロピカルフルーツやシトラス、ほのかなダンク感が心地よく広がります。中程度のアルコール度数とバランスの取れたドライホッピング、そして穏やかなモルトのコクが調和した、誰でも楽しめる飲みやすいIPAです。

ラベルでは、マジックスペルのキャラクターたちが五戸に到着！今年最後のマジックスペルシリーズを締めくくる一杯です。2025年の終わりに、キャラクターたちと一緒にゆったりとした新年を迎えましょう。

Magic Spell Gonohe
A balanced American IPA featuring Dutch malt and Freestyle hops

Magic Spell Gonohe was brewed using Swaen Malt from the Netherlands — a malt not often seen in Japan. We wanted to give it a try and let both customers and fellow brewers experience its character firsthand.

The base malt blend features ale malt, wheat, and dextrin malt, creating a smooth foundation we often use in our IPAs. Hopped with Citra, Freestyle Motueka, and Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, this beer bursts with tropical fruit, citrus, and a touch of dankness. With moderate ABV, balanced dry hopping, and a gentle malt backbone, it’s a well-rounded IPA that anyone can enjoy.

For the label, our Magic Spell characters find themselves in Gonohe, marking the final installment of the series for this year. Let’s wrap up 2025 with our Magic Spell friends and enjoy a relaxing New Year together!
