2024年11月に友人のギャレスさんが青森から遊びに来た時、一緒に作ったビールを飲めるまで1年以上かかるとは思っていませんでした。残念ながら、その年はガスケットが滑ってしまい、全量を無駄にしてしまいましたが、2025年にもう一度挑戦してみることにしました！

オーストラリア産ギャラクシー、アメリカ産アイダホ7、ニュージーランドのフリースタイル産ネルソンソーヴィンなど、世界各国のホップをブレンドしています。これらが融合することで、トロピカルで柑橘系の果汁が溢れる、思わず手を伸ばしたくなるような味わいが生まれます。

手間はかかりません。これはヘイジーIPAです。

All good things come to those who wait.

When our friend Gareth visited us from Aomori back in November 2024 we didn’t think it would be over a year until we could drink the beer that we made together. Unfortunately a slipped gasket meant that we lost the whole batch that year but in 2025 we decided to give it another go!

It’s an international blend of hops, with Galaxy from Australia, Idaho 7 from the US, and Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle in New Zealand. These come together to create a tropical and citrus juice bomb that will keep you reaching for more.

No messing around. This is a hazy IPA.
