立飲みビールボーイ渋谷パルコ店さんとのコラボレーション。
イギリスのパブで親しまれてきた、低アルコールのIPAをイメージして仕込みました。
穏やかな草のようなホップアロマに、ビスケットや紅茶を思わせるモルトのニュアンス。
後味には柑橘の皮のようなきりっとした苦みが残り、軽やかでも飲みごたえのあるバランスに仕上がっています。

A collaboration with Beer Boy Shibuya Parco.
Inspired by the low-strength IPAs traditionally served in British pubs.
Gentle earthy and herbal hop notes rise softly from the glass, supported by a firm malt backbone with hints of biscuit and black tea.
The finish is dry and restrained, with a subtle bitterness of citrus peel that invites another sip. A proper, sessionable pint made for sharing.
