Mountain Cultureの6周年を記念し、各ブルーハウスを象徴するスタイルで仕込まれたバースデービールのひとつ。Emu Plainsで醸造されたDavid Roadは、Peacharine、Strata、Motueka、Citraを用い、同社の旗艦NEIPAで培われた軽やかでフラッフィーなヘイジーボディに、マンゴーやグアバ、ライムを思わせる鮮やかなアロマを重ねている。祝祭にふさわしい華やかさと飲みやすさを両立した、特別感のあるNEIPA。

Mountain Culture is turning 6!

To celebrate our birthday this year we’ve brewed 4 beers that celebrate each of our 4 brewhouses. Our 6th year saw us double our number of brewhouses by adding breweries in Richmond, Victoria and Hobart, Tasmania to our original site in Katoomba, NSW and our production brewery in Emu Plains, NSW.

Each birthday beer represents one of our most beloved styles, each brewed in the brewhouse that is synonymous with that style. They are Parke St, David Rd, Murphy St and Murray St.

David Rd is a 6% New England IPA brewed in Emu Plains using Peacherine, Strata, Motueka and Citra hops. Brewed on the brewhouse that is responsible for getting our flagship NEIPA’s Cult Juice and Be Kind Rewind around the country, the NEIPA takes our signature light, fluffy, hazy body and fills it with mangoes, guava and lime from this top shelf hop combination fitting of such a celebration.
