次世代ホップ技術をテーマにした、Advanced Hop Products Innovation Seriesの第3弾。Yakima Chief Hopsの高濃縮ホップオイル「Citra Spectrum」を100％ドライホップで使用し、ピンクグレープフルーツやライム、パッションフルーツを思わせるクリーンで明瞭なアロマを引き出している。ホップの鮮度感と安定性に優れ、雑味のないジューシーさが際立つ、現代的で洗練されたヘイジー。

Welcome to the world of tomorrow! Our Advanced Hop Products Innovation Series is exploring how cutting edge hop technology is translated into hazy beer. Join us as we jump head first into testing flowable hop extracts from four different hop producers from around the world over the next four weeks.

For the science bit: The use of AHP achieves higher yields and more efficient brewing processes. Such concentrated extracts preserve a full spectrum of aromatic oils and compounds, delivering brighter hop flavour and aroma with improved stability and reduced oxidation.

For the flavour bit: The third beer of our series utilises a dry hop of 100% Citra Spectrum.

Citra Spectrum is a highly concentrated hop oil extract from Yakima Chief Hops. Citra Spectrum imparts clean and distinct notes of pink grapefruit, lime and passionfruit.
