長期熟成を経た濃厚な味わいのベルジャンダークストロングエール。

奈良醸造、瓶内二次発酵ボトルシリーズの新作となるベルジャンダークストロングエールです。グラスを傾けると、ほんのりとバナナのような果実香に、レーズンや干したイチジクを思わせる香りも潜んでおり、複雑さを伴ったフルーティな香りが印象的です。口に含めば、重層的なボディを感じつつもフィニッシュはドライ、8.0％というアルコール度数の高さを感じさせない仕上がりとなっています。

The aroma is fruity and complex, with banana-like fruit notes, raisin, and dried figs in the background. The body has a multi-layered and a dry finish, and its high alcohol content of 8.0%. The beer is recommended to serve at a slightly higher temperature than normal beer, around 12 Celsius degree. As the liquid temperature rises, the flavors of orange peel and star anise begin to emerge, just like the sky at twilight, with its many colors.
