Beer Description
Citra、Strata、Mosaic、Simcoeを使用した Extra Pale Ale（XPA）です。シトラスやトロピカルフルーツを思わせる華やかなアロマと、軽やかでドライな飲み口が特徴。ホップの魅力をしっかり感じながらも飲み疲れせず、ゆっくりと長く付き合える一杯です。

XPAは、普段あまり醸造しないスタイルですが、個人的にはとても好きなスタイルです。派手で強烈なビールの中には数杯で満足するものもありますが、XPAは長い時間をかけて楽しむためのビールだと思っています。車で旅をしているとき、クルーズコントロールを設定して流れていく景色を眺める感覚に似ています。力を抜いて座り、世界が自分の周りでゆっくり動いていくのを楽しむ。cruise control は、そんな時間のためにつくったビールです。

XPA isn’t a style I usually make, but it’s one I love.It’s nice and easy. Some beers are intense and are made for drinking just a few, but an XPA is made for the long haul.It reminds me of the feeling of taking a road trip and putting the car on cruise control and just watching the scenery go by.This beer is for sitting back and letting the world happen around you while you relax. — Ben
