Flavor Profile:
Exploding with flavors of nectarine and plum from the Strata hops and a distinct citrus nose from the Citra, this West Coast IPA finishes with reticent, herbaceous notes.

　
自分の大好きなものをイメージしてビールを名付けて、とThornの共同創設者であるエリック・オコナーに言った結果、このような名前になりました。

もうお分かりだと思いますが彼はビールの次に、ステーキとレッド・ツェッペリンが大好きなのです。

Strataホップからくるネクタリンやプラムのような味わいが口の中で爆発し、Citraホップの柑橘感も顔を出します。

フィニッシュは控えめなハーブ感が残る、ステキなWest Coast IPAです！
