通常のビール酵母ではないTrois酵母を使った、トロピカルフルーツ感の強いIPA。レモン、パイナップル、キウイ、ライチのようなトロピカルフルーツ香が華やかに香る。口に含むとパイナップルとライチのような風味が押し寄せる。麦の風味はクリスプでライト、ホップの苦みもIPAとしては控えめでドリンカブル。
Featuring one of the new wave of hop breeds accentuating the fruit-forward characteristics of North American native hops, Ekuanot is yet another answer to brewers craving distinctly North American hops. Paired with the intensely-fruity previously-named Brett Trois (actually it is wild Saccharomyces), this delivers layers of mango, melon and papaya.
