オークのフーダー (バレルより大きなサイズの木製容器) と白ワインバレルでエイジした後ブレンドしたウィートサワーエール。ライム、梅干し、キウィを思わせるフルーティーな香りとほのかなファンク。中～やや強程度のシャープな酸味に木樽のタンニン感、ミネラル感が複雑に絡み合う。キャラクター豊かな本格派サワー。
De Auras
WHEAT SOUR
A new expression of the original De Auras Wheat Sour was released back in 2015. Soft tartness, orchard fruit, and subtle minerality create the complex flavours and aromas of this wheat sour. Aged in one of our giant oak foudres and a selection of freshly drained white wine barrels, resulting in a refreshing and delicious beer. De Auras finishes crisp, dry, and slightly tart. An excellent pairing to a shared plate of charcuterie on a sunny day.
