カカオニブとオレンジの皮で醸造したライポーター。
A rye porter brewed with cacao nibs and orange zest.
Taste: The liquid form of dark chocolate dipped jaffa cakes being stuffed into the mouth, Peel & Bean presents juicy orange and citrus oils mixed with spicy rye cracker and sweet hot chocolate. Red fruits and mixed spices join in with toasted hazelnuts creating a glass full of everyone’s childhood favourite rich chocolate orange biscuit.
Appearance: Jet black with a dark brown head.
Nose: Rich freshly zested oranges fill the air, with a strong smooth cacao liquor following as the glass warms.
Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Rye, Red rye crystal, Carafa 2, Carafa 2 special, Special B, Chocolate wheat, Demerara sugar
Hops: Magnum, Saphir, Cacao nibs, Orange zest
OG 22.8° ; FG 6.8° ; IBU 25
Serve 12–16˚C
