今回は、よっちゃんが生まれ育った農家から、２種類の新種の柑橘、麗紅（れいこう）とはるひを分けて頂きました。これらのピールより、オレンジ、レモン、柚子のような爽やかな香りが楽しめます。ベースとしては伝統的なベルリーナヴァイセに近く、軽いボディで甘酸っぱくて爽快なビールです。暖かくなってくると、軽くて爽やかなローアルコールの飲み物で喉を潤したくなります。よっちゃんCitrusで爽やかなこの季節をお楽しみ下さい！

Our latest version of Yochan is out! This time we went to the farm that Yochan grew up on and got two interesting new citrus fruits, Reiko and Haruhi. We just used the peels from these to give the beer a nice aroma that is like a blend of orange, lemon and yuzu. The base beer is close to a traditional Berliner Weisse, light bodied, tart and spritzy. As things are warming up we wanted something that was light, refreshing and had a low ABV so we could have several and Yochan Citrus is exactly what we were looking for.
