ジャスミン香る小麦ビール。
今回、奈良醸造がリリースするのは、ジャスミンとオレンジピールを使用した小麦ビール（Wheat Ale）。食中酒としても最適なビールに仕上がっています。液温変化に伴い、ジャスミンの香りが徐々に開いてきて、まるでジャスミンとフルーツを使ったフレーバーティーを思わせる飲み物に。アロマホップに使用したStyrian Goldingsのフローラルなノートもジャスミンの香りを引き立ててくれ、ゆっくり飲んでいただくことで味わいの変化を楽しんでいただけます。
Wheat Ale is a beer style that uses wheat malt as part of its ingredients, which is perfect for bringing out the character of secondary ingredients. This time, we used jasmine and orange peel as secondary ingredients, providing an accent that complements the meal. For the first, this beer has an herbal impression with citrus notes derived from the orange peel and Cascade hops. As the liquid temperature rises, the jasmine aroma gradually opens up, reminiscent of flavored tea. The floral notes of the Styrian Goldings aroma hops also enhance the jasmine aroma, allowing you to enjoy the changes in flavor as you drink slowly.
