In the trust of old love,
cultivation shows
a dark
graceful
wilderness
at its heart.
Inspired by some old farmhouse tradition, this beer was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat, raw unhusked spelt, and raw unhusked oats. The husks provide in a distinct tannic and rustic profile. The beer was aged in oak barrels for two years. Bottled November 2021.
