久々に新たなIPAが出来上がりました！

Red IPAと言えば、通常はダークモルトの風味と共に、苦味と柑橘類が感じられるものが多いかと思います。私たちのバージョンでは、キャラメル、タフィー、ダークフルーツの特徴を引き出すためにモルトをクラシックなものにしましたが、飲みやすくするためにかなりドライに仕上げています。

ホップは、ビールに伝統的なレベルの苦味を与えながらも、桃やアプリコットのようなストーンフルーツとトロピカルフルーツのゾーンにあります。飲む時には柑橘の風味が楽しめますが、アロマで際立つのはストーンフルーツです。

このRed IPAはクラシックなスタイルとリンクしながらも、モダンホップが楽しい変化をもたらしています。是非、お楽しみ下さい！

It has been a while but we have a new IPA ready and it is red!

When we think of a Red IPA it is usually a bitter, citrus forward beer with notes of darker malts. For our version we went classic with the malts to bring out caramel, toffee and dark fruit characteristics. But we kept the beer fairly dry so it is drinkable.

The hops, while still giving the beer the traditional level of bitterness, are more in the stone fruit (peach and apricot) and tropical fruit zone. There are notes of citrus as you drink it but the stone fruit is what stands out in the aroma.

So, our Red IPA has links to the classic style but modern hops that bring some fun changes. We hope you enjoy it!
