新作ヘイジーIPA、Citra Haze IPAです！その名の通り、今回のメインホップはシトラホップ。 ワールプール、発酵初期、発酵後期のそれぞれの工程で大量のシトラを加えています。 爽やかな柑橘系のアロマに小麦麦芽のほのかな酸味が加わり、ジューシーで飲みやすいビールに仕上がりました。

ローエール製法による小麦麦芽由来のモルトの風味に加え、ほんのり柔らかい白パンのような風味も感じられます。 そのため、ドライな仕上がりにも関わらず、重過ぎず、甘過ぎず、とても心地良いまろやかな口当たりになっています。是非お楽しみ下さい！

We have a new hazy IPA, Citra Haze! As the name implies, this one is heavy on Citra hops. We used Citra in the whirlpool, early in fermentation and at the end of fermentation. The citrus aroma combined with a subtle tartness gives the beer a really nice juiciness.

Citra Haze is a raw ale and has a noticeable maltiness from the high level of wheat malt. It comes across with a breadiness, like a soft white bread. This also translates into a full mouthfeel even though the beer finished quite dry. It means the beer has a big mouthfeel but it isn't heavy or overly sweet and is a really easy drinking hazy.
