Double IPAの new versionです！ 岡山にあるCRAFT Rainbowさんの7周年を記念したコラボビールになります。７周年ということで、モザイクとアマリロをメインホップに7種類のホップを用いたIPAです。

これらのホップの組み合わせにより、スイートオレンジのような強い柑橘系の風味が楽しめます。 それに加えて、完熟トロピカルフルーツを想起させるダンクさも感じられます。ドライな仕上がりがゆえに、ボディはとても軽やかでアルコール度（7.5％）を感じさない飲みやすさがあります。 アルコールの程よい甘味とコクで、絶妙なバランスに仕上がっています。是非、お楽しみ下さい！

We have a new version of our Double IPA! We collaborated with Craft Beer Rainbow in Okayama for their 7th anniversary. In honor of that we used 7 different types of hops. But really Mosaic and Amarillo are the stars of the show.

The hops combined to give this beer a big citrus flavor that leans toward sweet orange. It also has a dankness that reminds one of ripe tropical fruit. We went very, very light and dry with the body making this extremely easy drinking. The alcohol adds just enough sweetness and body to give this a perfect balance.

ABV: 7.5% 苦味：60IBU　炭酸ガス含有量：2.5
麦芽：ピルスナー 、スピッツ、サワーモルト
ホップ：モザイク、アマリロ、カリスタ、ハラタウ・ブラン、ブラボー、トライアンフ、ローラル
副原材料：ブドウ糖、我が家の畑で採れたすだち果汁
