お待たせっ！1年振りの仲良し3ブルワリーコラボが完成。

遡ること10月、普段は遠く離れた仲間たちが「静岡クラフトビール＆ウイスキーフェア」の開催をきっかけに、遠路はるばる青森・気仙沼から我らが地元静岡に集結。ビールについてゆっくり語らう刺激的な時間を共に過ごしながら、もちろんしっかりコラボビールの仕込みも決行！

ドライホップにはCascadeとChinookの“C”系ホップを使用。ホップの力をふんだんに引き出す魔法の仕掛けには、かつてWCBからリリースの「Southern Legends」でも取り入れたClean Fusion™製法(※)を採用し、MagicalなCを突きつめる！
※発酵終了後に酵母を取り除きドライホップを行うことで、アロマとフレーバーを効果的にビールへしっかり融合させること。

クリアなライトオレンジカラー。パイン感に寄り添う樹脂を連想させるアロマ。青葉や柑橘にハーブ、トロピカルなパパイヤやパッションフルーツの香り。ほんのりスパイシーで温かみのある優しい口当たり。ほのかな甘みの先には、マイルドな苦みの余韻が。

Because A then B then C? No. Because we suddenly all became Cubs fans? Helll no. Because we loaded up a Collabo brew with a Cornucopia of Cascade and Chinook, and Cooked it slow with that Clean Fusion? Oh yes. Si. Regretting we didn’t make Grant wear a scarlet letter C around the brewery tho, which we Could have done (next time that’s happening). We partnered up with our Comrades in Carbonation, Be Easy and Black Tide, to Conjure up the “Magical C” - a lore-defying Cold IPA Crammed with a Crescendo of C-hops and punctuated emphatically with our “Make it Danker, Bob” Clean Fusion SoP. Idk who Bob is, but this beer is freaking MAGIC. Grapefruit spice makes the pineyness nice? Bitterness rocking on the strong side for an IPA of this Caliber but we’ll gladly C it through, a decidedly interesting Concotion and the first of three mad Collabos about to hit the streets.
