This year’s Maibock has a golden, light pale hue and a deliciously creamy white head; its aroma is slightly floral with just a hint of noble hop spiciness. This smooth, clean German-style lager has a rich malty backbone balanced with spicy and floral noble hops. At 7.0% ABV, the Maibock is an easy-drinking lager with delicate hop flavors and just enough bitterness at the end to make you want more.
TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Golden, light pale with a creamy white head with a slight lacing on the glass.
Aroma: Floral with a slight hint of noble hop spiciness.
Flavor: Smooth, clean German-style Lager with rich, malty backbone balanced with spicy and floral noble hops. Very smooth and easy to drink big lager. Delicate hop flavors and just enough bitterness at the end to make you want more.
Mouthfeel: Smooth and creamy, medium mouthfeel.
