このビールは京都の冬の寒さが厳しくなる頃に仕込み、そして何か月もの長い眠りを経てようやく皆さんのもとに姿を現します。でも、今までと違って、今回の発表する「冬眠からの目覚め」は前回リリースしたもので、一部を一年ほど熟成させました。結果として苦さは落ち着きと角がとれて全体的にまろやかになっていますが、この限定版では甘いカカオやリコリスの特徴はしっかりと感じられます。
熟成させた容量は限られていますので、提供は瓶(500ミリ)のみとなっています。ご了承くださいませ。

This beer is brewed late each year, just as the Kyoto winter really starts to show its teeth, and only emerges from the tank after months of rest. However, unlike previous years, we kept back a limited portion of our previous release of Winter's End for a year to allow it to mature. The overall feel is much more rounded and any perceived bitterness and harshness has calmed, while the luscious cacao and liquorice character is still there to enjoy in this highly limited special edition.
Unfortunately, given the amount we were able to set aside to age, this beer will only be released in 500ml bottles.

'Winter's End' will be available for release from tomorrow evening on our direct-2-customer website.
