DD4D Brewingとのこのコラボでは、美味しいビールを作るだけでなく、TBBスタイルで新しいことにチャレンジしたいと考えました。TBBお気に入りのホップ会社、Indie HopsのAudaciaホップを初めて使用し、Emerald Spireホップも日本で初めて使用しました！

まず、熟したオレンジ、ピーチジュース、そしてほのかなダークネスの香りが鼻をくすぐります。ベルベットのような口当たりに、甘いパイナップルジュース、グアバ、ピーチ、パッションフルーツの風味が加わり、思わずもう一口、いやもう一口と飲み干したくなるような味わいです。甘く豊かな風味は、後味まで長く残り、ややドライですっきりとした後味を残します。

In this collab with DD4D Brewing we wanted to not only make something delicious, but in the TBB style, try some new things. Our first time using Audacia hops from Indie Hops (TBB's favorite hop company) and a first ever use of Emerald Spire hops in Japan!

The first wave of aroma hits your nose with ripe orange, peach juice and just a hit of dankness. The velvety mouthfeel with sweet pineapple juice, guava, peach and passion fruit makes your brain beg not for another sip, but another gulp! These sweet rich flavors linger long after, defying the slightly dry, cleansing finish.
