Concept
Brown shrikes(Akamozu) are one ofthe summer resident birds in Japan.
Recently, their population has decreased resulting in them being classified as endangered Ⅰ B.
They onece spread over the whole area of Nagano and were seen in grassland with meadows and the shrubbery environment at the edge of forests, but habitation ceased to be confiremed in most of those areas.
On the other hand, during the early 2000s, a brown shrike had been observed living in an apple orchard.
Since 2010, they have made apple orchards their new habitat.
So we have to maintain apple orchards to protect these still endangered birds.
We intend to support that relationship by making hard apple cider.

【ハードサイダー】
いわゆる、りんごのお酒。クラフトビールの火付け役となったアメリカで今、再流行している。
クラフトビールのように自由なフレーバーが特徴で、原材料にりんごだけでなく、りんご以外の果汁や、ハーブ、スパイスなど多種多様。

【アカモズ】
日本で絶滅危惧種に指定されている渡り鳥。日本が主な繁殖地となっており、その保護が必要となっている。信州大学農学部の研究グループの調査結果では、伊那谷のりんご果樹園にてアカモズが繁殖していることを確認している。
りんご果樹園とアカモズの良い関係性をサポートする意味で、このアカモズサイダーが生まれた。

ふじをメインに、年々で異なるりんごをブレンドして作っています。
