ブルワリー定番のドライホップドサワーエールにラズベリーとピーチを投入した一本。自家培養の乳酸菌で発酵させ、Citra、Cascade、Amarilloホップを使用しドライホッピングを施した。更にフルーツのピューレを投入し熟成。まるでピーチとラズベリーのソルベの様なフレーバー。スムースな飲み口と共にフルーティーな甘酸っぱさが口内に広がる、リフレッシングな一本。

Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.

What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: This limited edition Jelly King harnesses the other-worldly powers of raspberry and peach, creating sweet and sour sorbet-like flavours that -- do I even have to keep going? I just said sorbet. A beer that tastes like sorbet. It’s amazing.
