我々の初サワーIPAです！ ドイツ産ホップのみを使用しました。 カリスタ、ハラタウブラン、タンゴ、それぞれのホップにはパッションフルーツの香りがあり、酸味と合わさってとてもジューシーな味わいになっています。 パッションフルーツとピーチが合わさったフルーティな風味の後、飲み終わりにはほんの少しグレープフルーツの外皮のような爽やかな風味も感じられます。 ドイツ産ホップ由来の軽いハーブの香りもあり、ジューシーさと相まって、まるでカクテルに添えられたハーブを連想させます。是非、お楽しみ下さい！

Our first sour IPA! We decided to make it a little different and used only German hops. Each of the hops, Callista, Hallertau Blanc and Tango, have notes of passion fruit and combine with the sourness to make this very juicy. The passion fruit comes through along with peach and just a little grapefruit rind at the end of the sip. Being German hops they also have a light herbal note which is really fun with the juiciness, almost like a herb garnish added to a cocktail. Altogether this is a really fun beer that comes across like a cocktail, juicy, refreshing and interesting.
