ベリー、オレンジの様な香りに酸味が加わった酸っぱいIPA
まだまだ暑いイベントシーズンにぴったりの爽やかな酸味が特長のIPA。
CHORYOでは初使用のPinkという可愛い名前のホップをメインに、様々なIPAで使用したお馴染みのホップたちをサブとして使用しました。
Pinkからはベリーを中心とした香り、その他ホップからは柑橘やトロピカルフルーツなどのいわゆるIPAらしい香りが感じられます。
今までのIPAにはない、新たな味わいをお楽しみください！

原材料：大麦麦芽（アメリカ製造、カナダ製造、ドイツ製造）、小麦麦芽、オーツ麦麦芽、オーツ麦、乳糖、ホップ（Pink,StylianWolf,Amarillo,Idaho7,Mosaic）

IPAにはフルーツを使っていないのに、フルーツのような香りがするビールがたくさん存在しますが、このIPAは香りだけでなく、酸味まで感じられます。
酸味を出す方法はいくつかありますが、今回は酸味を出す酵母を使用しました。
まだまだ酸っぱいIPAに馴染みのない方もいるかと思いますが、これなら違和感なく飲んでもらえるはずです！
WEST COAST IPAともHAZY IPAとも違う、SOUR IPAならではの魅力をぜひお楽しみください！

This IPA has a refreshing sourness that is perfect for the still-hot event season.
A cute naming hop called Pink for the first time in CHORYO as the main ingredient, with various familiar hops used in other IPAs as secondary ingredients.
Pink gives off a berry-like aroma, while the other hops give off the typical IPA aromas of citrus and tropical fruits.
Enjoy a new flavor unlike any IPA you've tasted before!

There are many IPAs that have a fruity aroma even though they do not use fruit,
but this IPA has not only aroma but also acidity.
There are several ways to add acidity, but this time we used yeast that adds acidity.
Some of you may still be unfamiliar with sour IPA, but you should be able to enjoy this one without any discomfort!
Please enjoy the unique charm of SOUR IPA, which is different from both WEST COAST IPA and HAZY IPA!
