Brewer 庄司初のウエストコーストIPA — すっきり爽やかで将来が楽しみな一杯

Be Easyにとって初めての試みとなる「でったら」は、ブルワー庄司が初めてレシピを組んだウエストコーストIPAです。ピルスナーモルトをベースに、2種類のライトクリスタルモルトを加え、ほのかな甘みを持たせました。ホップにはフリースタイル・パシフィカ、カスケード、モツエカ、ルミノーサを使用し、シトラスを主体にトロピカルフルーツの甘い香りが続きます。さらにクヴェイク酵母で発酵させることで、明るいシトラス感を引き立てました。庄司の成長を感じられる、これからの進化が楽しみな一杯です。

Shoji-kun’s first West Coast IPA — bright, crisp, and full of promise

Dettara marks a first for Be Easy — our brewer Shoji-kun’s debut West Coast IPA recipe. He built the beer on a pilsner malt base with two lighter crystal malts, adding just enough sweetness for balance. Hopped with Freestyle Pacifica, Freestyle Cascade, Freestyle Motueka, and Luminosa, the beer leans citrus-forward with supporting notes of sweet tropical fruit. Fermented with Kveik yeast, it gains even more bright citrus character. We’re proud of this beer and of Shoji’s growth — a rare chance to taste a brewer’s first recipe and imagine what’s to come.
