千葉のビアオクロックさんの13周年ビールとしてつくったのは、往年のカリフォルニアの名作を思い起こすようなクラシックなダブルIPA。
非常にシンプル＆オールドスクールな構成で、2rowと
Simcoe, Cenntenial, Columbusのみをたっぷりと使用し、ガツンと苦味も効かせました。
溢れ出る柑橘&グラッシーなフレーバーと8.5%を思わせない飲みやすさは非常にデンジャラス。これを周年

For the 13th anniversary beer of Beer O’Clock, we brewed a classic Double IPA reminiscent of the legendary California IPAs of years past.

Built with a very simple, old-school recipe, it features plenty of 2-row malt along with generous additions of Simcoe, Centennial, and Columbus hops. We pushed the bitterness firmly to match the style.

Bursting with citrus and grassy hop character, yet dangerously drinkable for an 8.5% ABV beer, this is the kind of Double IPA that keeps you coming back for another sip. We have to tip our hats to Team Beer O’Clock for choosing such a bold beer as their anniversary release.
