混合発酵を施したセゾンとペールラガーのブレンドを4年間赤ワイン樽で熟成させ、更にラズベリーとストロベリーを漬け込み再発酵させた一本。赤ワインを想わせるタンニックな風味、ベリーのフレッシュなジューシーさとファンキーなニュアンスが感じられる。甘酸っぱい味わいが口内に広がり、仄かなフルーツのキャラクターが心地良い。
Kintsugi/4 features a blend of mixed fermentation Saisons aged four years in red wine barrels with fresh pale lager before refermenting on strawberries and raspberries. Like skin-contact wines, this blend is packaged still; tart, funky, and delightful. In Japan, Kintsugi is the fine art of mending broken pottery using powdered gold or silver. This series of blends is a similar exercise, where the sum becomes greater than its fragmented parts. Cheers!
