ハクバブルーイング初のセゾン、初のフルーツを使ったビールができました！
今回使用したラズベリーは白馬村の隣、小谷村のラズベリー農家さんに分けていただきました。
小谷村のカフェ13月さん @cafe_13gatsu のスイーツやかき氷(めちゃくちゃ美味しいです！)に使われているラズベリーが小谷村産だと聞き、地元の農家さんを紹介していただきました。
セゾンというスタイルのビールに地元の原材料を使えたのは私たちにとっての新しい第一歩。
ラズベリーの爽やかな香りと風味に酵母由来のスパイシーな香りが調和し、アルコール6%ながらすいすい飲めちゃうビールに仕上がりました。残暑と秋の空気が入り混じる夕暮れ時の1杯目にぴったりなビールです。

We've created our first Saison, and our debut fruit-infused beer! The raspberries we used were generously shared by the Cafe 13 Gatsu raspberry farm in Otari Village, nextdoor to Hakuba.
For us, this is a new step forward - incorporating new local fruits into a Saison-style beer. A refreshing aroma and flavor of raspberries harmonize with the yeast-derived spicy notes, resulting in a smooth-drinking 6% ABV beer. It's the perfect brew for the twilight hours when the lingering summer and autumn air mix together.
