1年熟成と2年熟成のワイルドエールをプレンドし、ローヌ産シラーを漬け込みフレンチオーク特でさらに1年間熟成。
シラーのダーク・ベリーや黒胡椒の風味が際立ち、長期熟成によって革のような香ばしさが残る。
Our Existence series celebrates the distinct character of individual grape varietals that are more traditionally found in wine blends. We macerated one and two-year- old Danish Wild Ale with Syrah grapes from the Rhône Valley and aged it in a French Oak barrel for an additional year. This beer showcases Syrah's dark berry and black pepper flavors, and the extended aging brought out savory notes of leather and tobacco.
