マチュレーション・シリーズでは、1種類の樽で熟成させたビールを選び、異なる樽がビールの最終的なキャラクターにどのような影響を与えるかを紹介しています。ヴァン・ジョーヌ・エディションは、フランスのジュラにある歴史的なワイナリーから空けられたばかりの225リットルの樽3つで2年間熟成させたワイルド・エールのブレンドが特徴です。この熟成によって、ヴァン・ジョーヌのエッセンスがビールに注入され、ナッツのような複雑さ、繊細な酸化香、そしてほのかな酸味が何層にも重なる。
In our Maturation series, we carefully select Wild Ales aged in specific barrels to showcase how different casks influence the final character of a blend. Our Vin Jaune edition features a blend of Danish Wild Ales aged for two years in three freshly emptied 225-liter barrels from a historic winery in Jura, France.
