Our Existence series celebrates the distinct character of individual grape varietals that are more traditionally found in wine blends. We macerated one and two-year-old Danish Wild Ale with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Bordeaux and aged it in a French Oak barrel for an additional year. This beer showcases the Cabernet's black fruit and spice notes, along with warm vanilla and soft tannins from the extended barrel aging.
