京都限定シリーズの第五作目
今作は、小麦の柔らかさにバランスの良い酵母とホップのキャラクター。フレッシュの柚子とドライの和山椒のアクセントが飲み飽きない和のベルジャンウィット。
自然発泡のきめ細かい泡と、素材ひとつひとつがビールを味わい深く彩り、それはまるでグラスの中に現れた一幅の絵のよう。

Ayanasu, our 5th Kyoto-only release, goes on sale next week.
With a balance of Belgian yeast spice and fruity character, and hop citrus and spice nuances, these are furthered again by the addition of yuzu peel and dry sansho.
The fine bubbles and high carbonation from the secondary fermentation add to the beer's refreshing character, and make for excellent repeat drinkability.
Please note that this product is available only at restaurants and retailers in Kyoto prefecture, as well as our taproom, and is not sold online.
