Be Easy Farms で収穫したHopをその日のうちに使用し、Freshさを活かした、Be Easy Brewing１年に１回の特別なビール。
今回はStyleをCold IPAにし、Hopのフレッシュな風味をしっかり味わえ、さらに飲みやすくドライな味わいの中にキリっとした飲み心地！
ラベルは今年の収穫祭に参加した方のニックネームが書いてあります。

We took a different route to our Fresh Hop beer this year. Every year until now we were doing 100% fresh hop only. This year we wanted to see if adding some hops in the kettle and dry hop would take away from the fresh hop experience or add to it. This beer gives you the best of both worlds. A lovely floral and citrusy nose along with grassy and leafy character from the fresh hop. The flavor is the same with citrus in the front with grassy and leafy charater at the backend. A wonderful experience from start to finish for hop lovers!
